All fees are inclusive of VAT

Holding fee	Equivalent to one week’s rent
At the commencement of the tenancy, the holding fee may be used as payment towards the monies due at the move in.
Dilapidations deposit	Equivalent to 5 week’s rent

For the convenience of our tenants and landlords Neil Douglas Lettings Ltd is able to accept payment by debit card. Payment can be taken in person through the card-processing terminal in our office or over the phone.

We are members of the Property Ombudsman and we have Client Money Protection (CMP) insurance.
