Includes: Marketing on all portals, photos and floorplan, accompanied viewings and negotiation of offers, referencing, right to rent checks, tenancy agreement, check in, providing of statutory documents to tenants and lodgement of deposit. | |
Preparation of inventory | From £120 - £260 |
Required when taking a dilapidations deposit or accessing a nil deposit scheme. Dependent on the size of the property. | |
Check-out fee | £175 |
Payable at the end of a tenancy. Attendance at check-out appointment and check out report, negotiation of deposit deductions, arranging of quotes following on from check out, preparation of documents for deposit disputes and arranging the release of the deposit and paying funds to the relevant people. | |
Tenancy renewal fee | £125 |
Payable each time we renew a tenancy. Includes negotiation of rent, preparation and issuing of renewal documents, re supply of statutory documents. | |

* If we carry out all aspects associated marketing your property, and then you find tenants yourself or through another agent, you may be liable for a fee of £150 which is a proportionate cost of our marketing and setup fee.
