Meet the team: Louisa Myatt BA DipM MIRPM


Louisa Myatt

After a degree in Social and Cultural Studies from the University of Nottingham, Louisa spent 10 years working as a marketing professional in the education, training and publishing sectors. During this time her responsibilities included market research, strategy development and marketing communications. In 2007 she completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and became a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.

Having renovated, sold and let a number of houses of her own, she quickly embraced the property sector when given the opportunity to set up Neil Douglas with Neil Kurz at the end of 2005. Her experience has covered most aspects of residential property management from day-to-day maintenance and administration to Company Secretarial tasks, financial management, preparation of accounts, budgeting, project management and the provision of leasehold information packs. She is also in regular contact with the Directors of the blocks we manage, as well as landlords, leaseholders, tenants, contractors and other professionals.

Louisa's main responsibilities are HR and finance as well joint responsibility for marketing and business development, customer service and regulation. She also provides day-to-day support to the rest of the team; advising on specific areas and dealing with the more complex tasks such as Right to Manage, lease extensions and Company law.
